Human is national economy.

Human is a majority of resource of development country. They are main rule challenging of country to globalization. If human resources are weak, it will increase the poverty in country and people live with sustenance. It needs involvement of human. It had three elements and three processes to produce good human resources in country.

Health is a main component of people’s life. They should get good public services are free for all in country. Educations can create them have high knowledge and strategies development society. It provides to teaching and advises some of ideas help them in the future. Their living is average or high level of standard in the society. They were took care security and food in living by own government. And they got average income as possible that they can from jobs.

Human development concept has three elements such as: opportunity freedom, justice, and process freedom. They have to get full opportunity from society by what they can do. It is equal and fair each other, no one can was abused the rights by other people. We have duty and respect concept of the law as the same thing we given other people’s valuation in living.

Measuring human development is a new strategy and was created for Human Development dashboard. It worked on health, education system, material goods, politic, and society. It is a good way and sufficient measuring of human development. If head of government can provide, people will have a good living.

Here are some of agendas for improve human, it had such as:

- Make global knowledge and technology

- Free politic and reforms

- Freedoms

- Create interest groups or social groups

- Equity and reduce poverty

- Increase investment domestic
