People in any societies, they often thought about their situations of their life. They want to maintain living under the full happiness and freedom what they want to do. So people always expect their government can certain their values in the society. The values are security, freedom, order, justice, and welfare.  If state can’t certain those values for own citizens, it will become violent society and a lot of causes abuse human rights. In international relations theory is a majority for build good order society for people’s lives.

How does state set order and justice in the system of state? It is mainly through the rules and norms of international law, and international organization, also diplomatic activity. What are key points study the international relations? There are:

+ Study about the way people live, independent states, global state system.

+ The core values that state expects uphold are: security, freedom, order, justice, and welfare for own population in the country.

+ The modern political authority is centralized, residing in the government and the head of state.

+ Global system of state that contains different types of system such as: great powers and small states; strong, substantial states, and weak quasi-states.

+ The link global economy: world market, world economics system, and integrate economy together, also economic globalization.
