Many states always have related with others by diplomatic procedure. Nowadays, individual state can’t stay alone because it need connect with other states to increase development both of political and economic on the international affairs.

The ambassador has sent by the government who worked for own national interest. The ambassador is every high level function and representative one country that has been working other nations around the world. He or she is most important function to role play for the best relationship between state and state. 

In fact, they are smaller group who have been working outside country. So they must be most excellent on the work. The excellent diplomat is effective work and long vision to solve any problem. There are seven characters have to effective diplomat. There are:

1.     Intelligence : talk on the high level of knowledge,

2.     Trustworthiness : talk on the trust,

3.      Humanity : talk on enjoying social and community services,

4.     Vision : talk on long though and excellency,

5.     Courage : talk on the brave and hard work,

6.     Physical strength : talk on healthy and strongly body organ,

7.     Sense of humor : joker and friendly person.
